Reporting a Broken URL

When reporting a link that fails to parse or download, please include:

  • The exact social media link you were attempting to download.
  • The device and web browser you were using (e.g., iPhone Safari, Windows Chrome).
  • Any specific error notification displayed on screen.

Please remember that TrollTube can only download publicly available media. Links to private Instagram accounts, private Facebook groups, or restricted content cannot be processed.
